Advisory Work

Duncan has acted for a number of companies in their M&A work as an advisor, including large multinationals as well as small family firms, as well as providing advice and analysis on strategic management for for-profit and non-profit organisations. He has sat on a range of Advisory Boards including the M&A research centre, BAYES Business School, City University, London, ENPC, a Grand Ecole, Paris, University of Nottingham’s Digital Board, Chartered Association of Business Schools, UCL School of Management Advisory Board. He has also acted as a senior judge for the Management Consultancy Association, London annual best consulting practice awards. He is also a member of accreditation panels for efmd (EQUIS) in evaluating business schools internationally.

Executive Teaching

Duncan’s executive teaching has been widely recognised many times through a large number of outstanding teaching awards from several institutions. He has taught executive programmes for many years at the following leading Universities; Cambridge, Imperial, Oxford, Toulouse, UCL, Warwick. He has three decades of experience in working internationally with senior executives from a wide range of for-profit and non-profit organisations including AVIVA, Bank of Austria, Bank of China, Baxi, Care UK, Chinese Construction Bank, Corus, Deloitte, ENPC, EY, Experian, Fire Service, Ford Europe, French PLC, HSBC, IBM, Jones Lang LaSalle, KPMG, McKinsey, Prudential, RHM, Severstal, Syngenta, TNT, Royal Shakespeare Company, Vodafone, YKK.
